Contract hire vehicles remain the property of Autowholesale and therefore do not appear on your balance sheet as fixed assets. - VAT
VAT on rentals is normally recoverable. There may be a 50% restriction on the finance component of the agreement but 100% should be recoverable on the maintenance element. Please check with your accountant. - Reduced Administration Costs
