We asked many many questions and more video walk arounds of our new Daihatsu Hi-Jet pick up. We bought it at a very affordable price. Called initially about a VW Transporter I was interested in. Spoke to Andrew. After a few questions we quickly reached a deal over the phone and I paid a deposit with the arrangement that I travel down on the train the following week. They had the van in their workshop to prepare it for me. Andrew met me at the train station in the van I was purchasing, which was a nice touch. Once at the garage we had a good look around and a quick lesson on the controls and Sat nav. Then we did the bank transfer and paperwork and Andrew popped off to the post office to sort the road tax, leaving us to look after his Jack russel. Andrew was great to deal with and even took a photo of us in front of the van before waving us off. A few weeks in and the van has been faultless. Great and honest and helpful people to do business with.
