I Purchased a Seat Leon from this Garage back in July. I couldn’t have asked for more they replaced the Cambelt as it was due without any fuss which made the purchase very straightforward. Quite simply the best service I've experienced in years. Andrew is a real gentleman. Honest & straightforward & happy to answer all of the questions I asked. The car was immaculate & I would highly recommend using Autowholesale.

Recently bought an imported Jimny and traded in our trusty golf from this garage. The Jimny was competitively priced and there was no hard sell or haggling from Andrew who answered all our queries and made the whole process smooth and painless! Would recommend this garage for no fuss, sensible car purchase. Thank you.

Just had a phone call. The sales guy is very abrupt. Was rude when i placed an offer within 5% of the asking price...defensive. I was trying to tell him my situation, but before I could finish he was interruptive You should know better selling luxury cars how to speak to your potential customers. Was a nice car, but the sales guy was terrible

Hi Mohammed, Thank you for your feedback and due to the nature of your content I have thoroughly investigated with the member of staff concerned. I have viewed the text messages shared between yourselves and can conclude my report report as follows:- Your enquiry related to a 2016 BMW 640d advertised at £23,992. Your offer was £20,000 with a BMW service and a BMW warranty. This is an actual discount of 16.6% plus an additional contribution of over £1300 towards your BMW products. These figures give an overall combined discount of 26.5%, not the 5% as you state. We counter offered with a discounted price of £22,000, which is almost 8.5%. Unfortunately, this was not agreeable to you as still wanted a BMW service and warranty, which you claimed to have been offered at another dealership. At this point, our salesman suggested that it would be worth you pursuing this alternative offer at the other dealership, as it was indeed a very good offer. You will see from our previous feedback and our Autotrader awards that we consistently offer a high level of customer service. I unreservedly apoligise if on this occasion you feel that we have fallen short, but from time to deal we do receive offers that are not commercially viable, which in turn we have to decline. I understand this can be disappointing as its not the result you were hoping for, but we cannot sell vehicles at a loss, no matter what your personal circumstances are. I bought a lovely little modern classic car from these guys and it was a pleasurable experience, Andrew was very helpful and honest about exactly what condition the car was in, I was able to take the car out on a long escorted test drive to determine wether or not it was right for me, not only that but they checked the car over before I arrived to make sure it was ready for the 155 mile drive home after purchasing it for no extra cost! I’ve never experienced a used vehicle dealership with more honesty than these guys and I couldn’t recommend them enough! An absolute delight to do business with and I’m very happy with my purchase, could not fault them at all!

P/x my wifes car for an Audi a1 was super impressed by the friendly service we received no pushy salesmanship just honest upfront dealer running what i would consider a respectable family garage my wife was over the moon with her purchase think she might sleep in it tonight lol top garage andrew is a decent fair chap highly recommend we will be back for our next car many thanks

Excellent service from here, honest advice and help for a non technical car person. And after sales fabulous for easing your mind, had a problem and Andy had it sorted within the hour!,, not the car...the user!!! Would recommend if you want truthful helpful service and advice.

I was awaiting a figure for part exchange on my vehicle being first in the queue for purchasing a vehicle from them with no other interested parties at the time but I had to keep chasing them up only to be told now that someone has purchased the vehicle & they didn't even give me the opportunity to say I would purchase it even though it was 3 days between someone else test driving & putting a deposit down & just to be told that's what happens in this industry I think is terrible customer service so I would not recommend!!!

I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed Roy. Regrettably we cannot hold a vehicle by you expressing implied interest via a telephone call, when we have physical customers on our forecourt interested in purchasing the same product. We did indeed offer to reserve the car for you if you paid a refundable deposit, which you inturn declined to do. I acknowledge that you requested a part-exchange valuation, but it was a further 4 days before you sent details enabling ourselves to value your vehicle. At this stage any potential sale to yourself was subject to you accepting an agreed figure for your car and was therefore far from certain to go ahead. Equally from our side,if we were to exclude all vehicles from further customer enquiries where an individual had telephoned to say they were interested in said vehicle, but who was not then willing to place any further commitment, would put us in a position where we cannot effectively run a car sales business. I don't write reviews normally, when i purchased a car the process was spot on and when i had a small problem it was resolved in atimely manner and a smile on a face.... excellent, will recommend and buy in the future.
